If you are unable to get the Photocolorz software to run properly after installation, follow the steps below that address the issue you are experiencing.


Step 1: Check for the most recent Updates for Windows



Step 2: Download & install .NET Framework 3.5



Step 3: Install WIA 2.0 update



Step 4: Product Activation Error Message
{The remote name could not be resolved: 'photocol.w03.winhost.com'}
